Case Management Director

Position Overview

Were seeking an experienced Case Management Director to lead care coordination, utilization management, and discharge planning services in Ottumwa, Iowa. This executive-level role is responsible for overseeing case management operations that support high-quality, cost-effective, and patient-centered care across the continuum.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nursing program

• Active Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license, or multi-state license permitting practice in Iowa

• Minimum of two years of experience in case management, utilization management, discharge planning, or a related cost and quality management program

• Strong understanding of care coordination, patient flow, and resource utilization

• Ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively across clinical and administrative departments
