Position Overview

Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking a skilled Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health in Lyons, New York. In this role, you will work closely with physicians and healthcare staff to evaluate, diagnose, and manage patient care while ensuring high standards of clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. This opportunity offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $115,000 to $135,000 annually based on experience, along with the chance to practice within a respected healthcare system serving the Finger Lakes region.

Required Qualifications

• Active New York State license as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.

• National certification (NCCPA for Physician Assistants or appropriate national certification for Nurse Practitioners).

• Valid DEA license.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

• 1–2 years of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner preferred.
