Director – Case Management

Position Overview

Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Case Management to join a healthcare organization in Las Cruces, New Mexico. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing case management and utilization review functions, ensuring effective care coordination, regulatory compliance, and optimal patient outcomes.

The Director will lead a team of case managers and collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and administrative teams to improve operational efficiency and patient care delivery. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $110,000 to $140,000 annually based on experience and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing healthcare environment.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico or compact state license.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in utilization review and case management.
• Minimum of two (2) years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of care coordination, utilization management, and regulatory standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification through the National Association of Healthcare Professionals or InterQual methodologies preferred.
• Certified Case Manager (CCM) or Accredited Case Manager (ACM) certification preferred.
