Position Overview
Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist – Outpatient to join the rehabilitation team at Covenant Hospital in Hobbs, New Mexico. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions, helping them restore function, improve mobility, and enhance their overall quality of life.
You will collaborate with physicians, rehabilitation specialists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop individualized treatment plans and support patients throughout their recovery journey. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $83,000 to $129,000 annually based on experience and provides an excellent opportunity for both new graduates and experienced therapists seeking professional growth in an outpatient setting.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active New Mexico Physical Therapist License through the New Mexico Physical Therapy Board upon hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of rehabilitation experience.
- Experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings preferred.
- For neonatal therapy-focused positions, degree and training requirements applicable to neonatal rehabilitation services.
- Strong communication, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
