Position Overview

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree from an accredited college of Pharmacy

• Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire

• Two to five years of relevant pharmacy experience

• At least two years of experience in a clinical or specialty pharmacy setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)

• One year of management or supervisory experience
