Radiation Therapist

Position Overview

Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiation Therapist to join a healthcare team in McMinnville, Oregon. In this role, you will administer radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by radiation oncologists while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and adherence to established treatment protocols.

You will collaborate closely with radiation oncologists, medical physicists, and dosimetrists to deliver accurate and effective treatment plans. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $104,000 to $145,000 annually based on experience and provides an excellent opportunity to work in a patient-focused oncology environment.

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Radiation Therapy from an accredited program.
• Registered Technologist – Radiation Therapy (R.T.(T)) certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent certification required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (American Heart Association).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a radiation oncology setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in treatment delivery.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
