Home Health Manager (RN)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred (additional relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree)

• Minimum of two to five years of nursing experience in a home health setting

• Experience working with frail or elderly populations preferred

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) License required

• Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing complex care in a home-based setting
