Occupational Therapist (OT) – Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU)

Position Overview

Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join an Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) team in Sierra Vista, Arizona. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on restoring functional abilities and promoting patient-centered outcomes. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $72,000 to $114,000 annually based on experience and provides an excellent opportunity to grow within a rehabilitation-focused clinical environment.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Arizona.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (American Heart Association).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient, rehabilitation, or acute care settings.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
