Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology or a related scientific discipline

Minimum education requirement: BA or BS in Medical Technology or science-based field

Hospital or reference laboratory experience preferred

Strong critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision

Ability to function effectively in a high-stress clinical environment and take appropriate action
Preferred Qualifications

Masters degree (MBA or MA/MS in a scientific discipline)

Previous experience serving as a Laboratory Director or in a senior laboratory leadership role
