SAP Basis Consultant

Job Description:

Our client, a leading company in the information technology industry, is seeking a highly skilled SAP Basis Consultant to join their team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate should have experience in IS-H (Industry Specific Solutions for Healthcare) and will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the SAP system for our client.

Key responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems, including upgrades and patches
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Develop and implement strategies for system backup, recovery, and disaster recovery
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the SAP system
• Keep up to date with the latest SAP technologies and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5 years of experience as an SAP Basis Consultant
• Strong experience with SAP IS-H (Industry Solution for Healthcare)
• Experience with SAP installation, configuration, and system maintenance
• Proficient in monitoring and troubleshooting SAP performance issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to work on a part-time basis and be flexible with schedule changes.
