Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst with extensive experience in supply chain planning and execution applications, particularly within the Oracle ecosystem. As an Oracle Supply Chain Planning Business Specialist, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to analyze business needs, optimize processes, and implement effective solutions using Oracle Applications best practices. A deep understanding of supply chain planning processes, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

You will be responsible for managing the supply chain planning modules with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and helping organization in the cloud migration process to Oracle Fusion

Responsibilities:

  • Application implementation and Support: Lead the implementation, extension, and enhancement of Oracle Supply Chain Planning modules (such as Demand Planning, Advanced Planning and Scheduling, Inventory Management, and Procurement etc.). Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Applications, ensuring system stability, availability, and performance.
  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements. Analyze existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Business Process Optimization: Promote and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in supply chain planning and operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle applications with other enterprise tools and applications.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead the planning, configuring, testing and implementation of application updates and upgrades following best practices. Stay current with Oracle product updates and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
  • Project Management: Manage projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Data Security: Ensure data integrity and security across Oracle platforms.
  • Service Management: Take ownership and resolve service requests within SLA (Service Level Agreement) timelines.
  • Use current change control standards and SDLC to successfully implement solutions.
  • Training and Development: Organize training sessions to share knowledge with the stakeholders, keeping them up to date with the latest features and functionalities within the applications.
  • Documentation: Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, procedures, user guides for existing and new applications. Create and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Business Analytics: Prepare reports, interpret complex data, and provide actionable insights

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience with supply chain planning modules in Oracle eBusiness Suite, Oracle Cloud Fusion applications. Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for interacting and collaborating with team members and stakeholders effectively at all levels.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and debugging skills. Problem-solving skills are necessary for identifying root causes of issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Project management: Experience in Waterfall and Agile Methodology.
  • Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills are necessary to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align the solution deliverables with the organizations goals and objectives.

Technical Skills:

  • Application Technology: Oracle Alerts, Oracle Business Events, Workflow, Forms personalization
  • Database: Oracle & SQL
  • Integration Technologies: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Integration SOA Gateway, Rest APIs
  • Cloud: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Cloud migration strategies.
  • Reporting and analytics with Oracle applications (Standard reports), Enterprise Command Center
