Position Overview:

Our client, a diversified retail group, is looking to hire an experienced Marketing Manager to join their teams in Beirut, Lebanon.The marketing manager will have a strong background in marketing and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities for the client and promoting our services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales

- Lead digital & traditional marketing campaigns tailored to families & young audiences

- Collaborate with product development and sales teams to align marketing efforts

- Manage social media, influencer partnerships & customer engagement initiatives

- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize strategies

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Senior Marketing Executive within the Retail sector

- Minimum 7 years Marketing experience in Retail (B2C)

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding & consumer trends
- Creative mindset with strong analytical skills to track campaign performance
- Excellent communication, collaboration & leadership abilities
- A passion for children's products, play, and family-focused marketing is a plus!
