Job Summary:

The Lead Generation & Sales Specialist is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities for the company's manpower services. This role involves researching potential clients, reaching out to prospects, nurturing relationships, and closing deals while ensuring alignment with the company's target market and service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:

  • Research and identify potential clients (companies or decision-makers) who may require manpower services.
  • Develop outreach templates and utilize various tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, industry databases, CRM systems) to gather contact information and build a prospect list.
  • Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to generate leads and establish relationships.
  • Conduct initial outreach to prospects via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce the company's services.

2. Lead Qualification:

  • Assess prospects' needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process to determine their fit for the company's services.
  • Follow a structured qualification framework (e.g., BANT: Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to evaluate leads effectively.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system's lead information, interactions, and qualification status.
  • Track and report key metrics, including the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and pipeline growth.

3. Closing Deals:

  • Prepare proposals, handle negotiations, and coordinate with the team as needed to close deals.
  • Achieve annual sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • 3+ years of proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or a similar role, preferably in the B2B manpower services industry.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify and evaluate potential leads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
