We seek a highly skilled and motivated Human resources specialist with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable professional who can manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong administrative and IT skills and the capacity to think critically and act decisively are essential.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, and interviews, and maintain departmental calendars and agendas.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee company events and activities, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Draft and prepare job offers and other employment-related documentation following company policies.
  • Manage the full onboarding and offboarding process, including setting up email accounts, provisioning necessary resources, and ensuring access to communication platforms.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Input new employee data into the ERP system (e.g., Odoo), including contact details, salary information, and other relevant employment data.
  • Prepare and draft HR-related letters and documents as required, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Facilitate the completion of medical and social insurance applications for employees, ensuring timely submission.
  • Update employee records to reflect any changes, ensuring information is current and accurate.
  • Address employee inquiries, providing timely and efficient assistance to resolve issues or concerns.
  • Assist in managing the visa application and issuance process in coordination with the reporting manager.
  • Support additional HR and administrative tasks as assigned by the direct manager, contributing to overall team objectives.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    Minimum 4 years of experience. 
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, payroll practices, and core HR functions.
  • Proficiency in HR administration and people management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Active listener with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to changes.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other relevant business and communication tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Preferably a resident of Nasr City or nearby. 
  • Owning a car is preferred.
