  • This role is critical in designing, managing, and optimizing enterprise-level ECM (Enterprise Content Management) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Hyland OnBase, with a proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions while collaborating with various stakeholders.     Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee and perform various administrative and development tasks within the OnBase platform.
  • Collaborate with business owners, subject matter experts, and customers to document business needs, develop workflows, and design technical solutions.
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of automated processes to reduce manual intervention and streamline operations.
  • Manage software upgrades, and test processes, and coordinate with testers, operational managers, and vendors to ensure successful deployment.
  • Develop, modify, and optimize workflows, scripts, and document processing tasks (e.g., DIP processes, custom queries, Unity forms).
  • Create and maintain dashboards, folders, and other tools using OnBase Workview and folder structures.
  • Maintain regular communication with internal customers and development teams to address issues and refine processes.
  • Prepare project documentation, including project initiation sheets, test cases, implementation plans, and more.
  • Drive innovation by participating in initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and evaluate new systems and technologies.

        Required Experience:

  • 9+ years of experience in SDLC and enterprise-level web application development using Microsoft technologies.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with the Hyland OnBase ECM tool.
  • Solid experience in ASP.NET, SQL Server, VB.NET, and related web technologies.
  • Expertise in creating, managing, and modifying workflows, scripts, and automated processes.
  • Proficiency in data management, including writing SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and working with Entity Framework.
  • Strong experience in Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies.
  • In-depth understanding of Object-Oriented Concepts and design.
  • Prior experience in the Lending domain (e.g., UniFi/Loan Complete, OnBase, Nautilus) is a plus.     


  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Has demonstrated the ability to understand business rules and the technology that drives them.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across all management levels.
  • Capable of rapidly learning new technologies and applying them effectively to projects and operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and documentation.
