Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the operational health of OutSystems applications and environments.
- Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests promptly.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups, upgrades, and patching.
- Implement and maintain monitoring solutions to ensure application performance and availability.
- Coordinate with development teams to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.
- Document and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams or vendors.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and standards.
- Participate in on-call rotations and support during off-hours as required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
Experience: 5+
Outsystems years of experience: 5+
Saudi nationality is a must.
