Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain the operational health of OutSystems applications and environments.
  • Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests promptly.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups, upgrades, and patching.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring solutions to ensure application performance and availability.
  • Coordinate with development teams to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.
  • Document and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams or vendors.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures and standards.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and support during off-hours as required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements 

Experience: 5+
Outsystems years of experience: 5+
Saudi nationality is a must.
