About the job Business Analyst
Responsibilities
1. Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements to support project goals.
2. Work with stakeholders to understand and document their needs and objectives.
3. Create basic business process models and workflows.
4. Conduct a preliminary gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
5. Help translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
6. Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams under supervision.
7. Support the evaluation and selection of appropriate tools and platforms.
8. Ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date for business processes and requirements.
9. Assist in the preparation and delivery of training materials for end-users.
10. Participate in regular meetings and provide updates on project progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a relevant field.
- 3+ years' experience as a BA, including 2+ years in an agile environment
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban
- Proficiency with agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Aptitude for multi-tasking and adapting to change
- Attention to detail with the ability to work independently
- Having a Valid visa to Saudi Arabia is a plus
