About the job Change manager
A part-time Change Manager is needed to support Enterprise Digital Transformation (EDT) initiatives in Madinah, Saudi Arabia by leading change strategies, engaging stakeholders, assessing organizational readiness, driving user adoption, and ensuring smooth implementation of digital solutions across business units.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans for Enterprise Digital Transformation (EDT) initiatives.
- Identify stakeholders and assess organizational readiness for EDT programs.
- Define change impact across business units and user groups.
- Create adoption plans aligned with EDT project timelines and business objectives.
- Engage with business leaders, department heads, and key users to support EDT initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and end users.
- Act as the main liaison between project teams and business users.
- Identify and support change champions across business units.
- Assess business readiness before system go-live.
- Ensure users are prepared to adopt new digital solutions and processes.
- Identify adoption risks and resistance areas.
- Develop mitigation and engagement plans.
Qualifications & Abilities
- 5+ years of experience in Change Management, Business Transformation, or Enterprise Digital Transformation (EDT) initiatives.
- Proven experience supporting EDT projects involving business users and operational teams.
- Hands-on experience in transformation initiatives delivered through:
Traditional software development projects. - Low-Code / No-Code platforms (such as Microsoft Power Platform, Mendix, OutSystems, or similar)
- Experience working on system implementation or transformation projects (ERP, CRM, portals, workflow automation, or enterprise applications).
- Experience engaging with business stakeholders and end users throughout the EDT lifecycle.
- Experience managing organizational change and user adoption activities.
