Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers in the Saudi market and generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Identify new opportunities within the targeted sectors (government, semi-government, and private companies).
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings when required.
- Present the company and its products professionally and build a positive brand image.
- Coordinate with the sales engineering team to arrange technical sessions.
- Follow up with clients throughout all stages of the sales cycle.
- Update the CRM daily to ensure data accuracy.
- Support the Business Development Manager and Account Manager in closing deals.
- Contribute to achieving quarterly and annual targets.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and help identify, propose, and sell additional solutions and services to existing clients.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in the technology sector).
- Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong presentation and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and Odoo CRM.
- High motivation to learn and grow in the field of technology sales.
