About the job Senior account manager

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Manage and build strong strategic relationships with key partners to ensure their loyalty and maximize the value generated from each partnership.
  • Lead and manage 3–4 strategic partnerships while developing and executing joint growth plans that achieve mutual objectives.
  • Enhance operational efficiency and increase the teams capacity by improving sales methodologies and facilitating deal closures.
  • Close deals with targeted accounts independently and directly, or by leveraging qualified opportunities generated by the Business Development team.
  • Strengthen the sales pipeline through partners and increase both the number and size of closed deals to support revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis of partners and develop continuous improvement plans to increase productivity and achieve better outcomes.
  • Prepare accurate weekly and monthly performance reports and submit them to senior management for progress tracking.
  • Ensure full adherence to sales KPIs and achieve quarterly and annual targets.

  • Qualifications & Skills
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT sales, specifically in software development and digital transformation solutions within the Kingdom.
  • Experience in technology solutions, portal development, software development, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong relationship management, communication skills, and the ability to build trust with clients and partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
  • A leadership-oriented, organized personality with the ability to deliver results under pressure.
