About The Role
We are seeking a talented and skilled Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing beautiful, modern websites, landing pages, and admin panels with responsive design. You will turn ideas into feasible UI designs that meet business needs, and work closely with engineers, designers, and the product and marketing teams to build and ship ideas.
Key Responsibilities
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design strategies with business goals.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
- Iterate designs based on feedback and data analytics.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1.5+ years of experience in the relevant field.
- Bachelor's degree CSE, EEE, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Expertise in Figma and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate design concepts effectively.
Employment Structure
- Hybrid in Badda | Full-time
- Salary: BDT 65,000 - 75,000
- Work Week: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Flexible). Tuesday & Wednesday WFH
