Our client is a fast-growing UK-based Consumer Tech company setting up our first offshore team in Bangladesh. We're looking for a full-stack engineer who can wear multiple hats manage systems and write code. You'll be one of our first hires on the ground with real ownership and impact.

About the Role

We are searching for someone who is a full stack systems engineer and is obsessed with managing systems end-to-end, growing with a global team, and building from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain platforms: HubSpot, Google Workspace, Zendesk, Slack, Customer.io, Connex AI, Linear.app,Datadog.
  • Troubleshoot issues & monitor system performance.
  • Administer user accounts, access controls, and system configs.
  • Write code/scripts to automate tasks and connect platforms.
  • Implement security protocols and data policies.
  • Document technical procedures.
  • Collaborate with global teams and solve tech challenges.
  • Stay curious: experiment with AI tools for automation.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-5 years in systems admin/engineering.
  • Confident with Google Workspace & HubSpot.
  • Can write scripts/code for automation/integrations.
  • Solid understanding of security, access control, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiar with at least 2: Zendesk, Customer.io, Datadog, contact center tools.
  • Excellent English communication (written & verbal).
  • Google Workspace or HubSpot certifications is nice to have.
  • Experience with workflow automation, API integrations is nice to have.
  • Familiar with Connex AI, Linear.app, Slack integrations is nice to have.
  • Interest in building smart workflows using AI tools is nice to have.

Employment Structure

  • Starting remote, eventually hybrid in Dhaka | Full-time and contractual
  • Salary: BDT 80,000 - 120,000
  • Benefits: 2 annual bonuses + annual performance-based increment
  • Work Week: Monday-Friday, UK time zone
