About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex software and IT projects for internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and technical skills, with a passion for using technology to solve real-world problems at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for software development, infrastructure, and digital transformation projects.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
- Create detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage budgets and timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX designers.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners.
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques (Agile/Scrum, Jira, MS Project, etc.).
- Identify and mitigate project risks and roadblocks.
- Ensure that all project documentation, status reports, and dashboards are maintained accurately.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, methodologies, and team collaboration.
Skill & Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in IT project management or technical program delivery.
- Proven track record of planning and managing large-scale technology projects (web, mobile, cloud, enterprise software).
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure, effectively manage crisis situations, and implement swift, practical solutions to ensure project continuity and stakeholder confidence.
- Previous experience managing and mentoring a team of Project Managers.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and modern tech stacks.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Passion for problem solving and hands on approach to project management.
Employment Structure
Onsite in Gulshan 1 | Full-time
Salary: BDT 200,000 - 250,000+ (higher for deserving candidates)

Work Week: Sunday - Thursday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
