To ensure the accuracy and currency of this critical information, they utilize advanced technologies and innovative solutions. They are currently seeking a talented and experienced SEO Specialist to help enhance their digital presence, optimize website content, and improve search engine rankings to drive traffic and support the growth of their platform.
About The Role
As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing and managing website content to improve search engine rankings and online visibility. Your role will involve conducting keyword research, implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies, and ensuring that all content aligns with the latest search engine algorithms. Your work will directly contribute to increasing organic traffic, enhancing user engagement, and improving the overall digital presence of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and execute SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
- Manage SEO optimization for 25 languages, ensuring best practices across all markets.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
- Optimize website content, metadata, and internal linking for multilingual search engine visibility.
- Work closely with content teams to develop SEO-friendly content in multiple languages.
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO, including link-building strategies and outreach.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as site speed, mobile-friendliness, structured data, and crawl errors.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for improved paid search performance.
- Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other SEO tools to monitor and improve performance.
- Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing teams to improve website performance.
- Generate detailed SEO reports and provide actionable insights.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong experience in English SEO, including keyword research, content optimization, and ranking improvement strategies.
- In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms and the key ranking factors that influence search visibility.
- Proficient in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Strong analytical skills to track and measure SEO performance.
- Experience in multilingual SEO or global SEO strategies is highly desirable.
Employment Structure
- Hybrid in Dhaka | Full-time
- Salary: BDT 50,000 - 80,000+ (higher for deserving candidates)
- Benefits: 2 Annual Bonuses after becoming permanent (probation is 3-6 months)
- Work Week: Monday - Friday, 10 am to 6 pm BST
