Key Responsibilities
- Dive into the world of customer inquiries with finesse, whether it's through the art of phone calls or service cloud.
- Be the master of problem resolution, clarifying complaints, determining root causes, and delivering solutions that leave customers satisfied.
- Keep communication top of mind by recording all details, performing internal tasks with multi-tasking abilities, and being the go-to expert on all things Field Nation.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1 year of relevant experience.
- Fluency in the English language, both spoken and written to master customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle calls and emails with professionalism, embodying the spirit of Field Nation in every interaction, particularly in high-stakes situations.
- Mastery in the art of diplomacy, bringing separate perspectives together while remaining as a neutral third party.
- A knack for attention to detail; its not just a trait; it's a way of life for you.
- Ability to maintain balance through any storm, and superpowers in time management and prioritization abilities.
Employment Structure
- Hybrid in Uttara, Dhaka | Full-time
- Salary: BDT 30,000 - 40,000
