Company Description

Our client has been involved in providing Project Support Services in Bangladesh ever since the inception of the company in 1984. They have specialized in this sector through their extensive experience in providing Professional Consultancy Services, Supplying Project Materials, Providing Construction and Erection facilities, Supplying Oil and gas-related equipment, Power Plant Heavy Engine, Transformers & other heavy material transportation from Mother Vessel to project site after Shipping & Customs clearance under our license. 

Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Leadership:
-Provide strategic technical leadership to align the technology vision with the overall business strategy.
-Oversee the development and implementation of innovative software and hardware solutions.
2. Product Development:
-Lead the design, development, and deployment of our supply chain visibility platform.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product features meet business requirements.
3. Team Management:
-Build and lead a high-performance technology team.
-Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
4. Technology Stack:
-Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies to support the company's growth and scalability.
-Backend: Java
-Frontend: Angular
-Database: POSTGRES
-Mobile: Flutter
-Hosting: AWS
-Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
5. Security and Compliance:
-Ensure the security and compliance of the platform with industry standards and regulations.
6. Strategic Planning:
-Work closely with executive leadership to develop and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.

Skills & Qualifications
-BSc in Computer Science & Engineering.
-9-12 years of relevant experience.
-Proven experience in leading a talented team in a technology-driven environment.
-Strong background in software development, architecture, and project management.
-Experience in building and scaling complex, real-time platforms.
-Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or related industries is a plus.
-Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Employment Structure
Onsite in Gulshan 1 | Full-time
Salary: BDT 250,000+
Benefits: 2 Festival bonuses
Work Week: Saturday - Thursday, minimum 45 hours per week
