Our client is a leading Norwegian-headquartered software company specializing in managing and maintaining safety data sheets (SDS) across a wide range of industries. Their extensive database contains over 14 million safety data sheets, requiring regular updates from various manufacturers. To ensure the accuracy and currency of this critical information, they utilize advanced technologies and innovative solutions. They are currently seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to help enhance their digital presence, optimize website content, and improve search engine rankings to drive traffic and support the growth of their platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize high-performance Google Ads campaigns across Search and Display.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and ROI.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis for both paid and organic strategies.
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
  • Optimize website content, structure, and performance to improve search rankings and traffic.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and SEMrush to measure and report performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm updates in Google Ads and SEO.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with proven ROI.

  • Solid understanding and practical experience in SEO (both on-page and off-page).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven marketing.

  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.

  • Proficient with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

  • Experience working with international or cross-border campaigns.

    

Employment Structure

  • Hybrid in Dhaka | Full-time

  • Salary: BDT 55,000 - 75,000

  • Benefits: 2 Annual Bonuses after permanent (probation is 3-6 months)

  • Work Week: Monday - Friday, 10 am to 6 pm BST
