About The Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Accounts & Admin Executive to manage and oversee financial reporting, internal compliance, and office administration. In your role, you will oversee accounting responsibilities for our offices in Bangladesh, USA, and Spain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
  • Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Prepare tax filings, financial audits, and ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence.
  • Maintain office files and documentation (physical and digital).
  • Assist with scheduling and calendar management for leadership team.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees or visitors.
  • Oversee office facilities and coordinate maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
  • Manage office budget and expenses, keeping track of supplies and services.
  • Organize office events, meetings, and other functions.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a mandatory.
  • Experience with QuickBooks is mandatory.
  • Strong English proficiency is mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.

Employment Structure

  • Hybrid in Dhaka | Full-time
  • Salary: BDT 40,000 - 60,000
  • Benefits: 2 Annual Bonuses after permanent (probation is 3-6 months)
  • Work Week: Monday - Friday, 10 am to 6 pm BST
