They are the full-stack B2B commerce platform for large fashion brands in the EU and North America. They are revolutionizing the $1.5 Trillion fashion design, manufacturing, and supply chain industry.
With significant revenue, regular traction, and multiple investment rounds closed, they are preparing for the next growth phase. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a data-driven Director of BI & Growth to hire, build, and inspire a high-performing BI team in their HQ at Gulshan, Dhaka.
About the Role
As the Director of BI & Growth, you will lead the strategy and execution of our data-driven initiatives to drive business performance and scalability. Your role will involve building and leading the Business Intelligence (BI) team, developing growth strategies, and partnering with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights. You will be instrumental in shaping the company's growth trajectory by optimizing decision-making, identifying opportunities, and implementing performance measurement mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and hire a high-performing BI team, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business intelligence and growth strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Design and manage BI systems and processes to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources.
- Implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and growth metrics.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and scorecards to ensure stakeholders across departments have visibility into performance metrics.
- Build scalable analytics and reporting platforms to provide real-time insights for internal teams (product, sales, design, supply chain, finance, etc.).
- Partner with Product, Sales, Design, and Supply Chain teams to identify growth opportunities and optimize customer acquisition, retention, and revenue streams
- Utilize data to identify key growth levers, develop models to forecast growth, and recommend strategies for business expansion.
- Present findings and growth recommendations to the C-suite and other key stakeholders regularly.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, and growth strategy roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of leading BI and data teams and delivering measurable business impact.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on turning data into actionable insights and strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into business language.
- Strong expertise in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Metabase) and data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R).
- Experience in developing growth models, forecasting, and customer analytics in a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and results-oriented environment.
Employment Structure
- Onsite in Gulshan-1, Dhaka | Full-time
- Salary: BDT 300,000 - 400,000
