About The Role

We're seeking a motivated Senior Backend Engineer to develop scalable systems that drive patient support and enhance our core services. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate in an innovative environment, where learning and growth are integral to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain backend solutions with Python, Django, and DRF.
• Enhance APIs, optimize databases, and manage backend services.
• Ensure code quality, security, and scalability across deployments.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features.
• Leverage AWS and cloud tools to improve infrastructure efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

• B.Sc/M.Sc in CSE or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in backend development, with proficiency in Django and REST API design.
• Strong SQL knowledge, specifically with MySQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, AZURE) and containerization (Docker).
• Focus on security, unit testing, and performance optimization.

Employment Structure

• Onsite in Banasree, Bangladesh | Full-time
• Salary: BDT 80,000 - 120,000
