Key Responsibilities

-You will be involved in hands-on designing and development of C# applications.

-You will work effectively by forming teams with technical and non-technical team
members and directly with clients to solve problems.
-You will be involved with the recruitment and assessment process of suitable
candidates for relevant positions.
-You will have to communicate with customers as well as their end customers.
-You will take accountability for the successful completion of all aspects of the client-required project work in terms of software engineering.
-You will exercise independent judgment of the software engineering and technology approach chosen.
-You will facilitate handover planning, escalation handling, technical meetings,
demonstrate consensus-building skills, and interact with executive-level project
sponsors and scrum team members alike for technical advice and guidance.
-You will also be tasked with taking over legacy projects.
-You will share our values of customer-centricity, common sense, trust and discipline resonate with your work among the team.

Skills & Qualifications

-You have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or Software
Engineering.
-You have a minimum of 8+ years working experience in software engineering
activities for software products in the financial industry.
-You have previous experience in leading teams and agile projects.
-You have solid skills in the Microsoft technology stack with SQL Server, .NET, C#, TFS, GIT, CSS, HTML 5, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, JSON, XHTML, MVC, Web API, IoC, XML, SOAP, WCF, RESTFul, MQ, FIX, SMTP, GraphQL.
-You have a basic understanding of DevOps and Pipeline Management, as well as
cloud-based architectures, microservices, containerization and distributed systems.
-You have an understanding of messaging and integration is important, and
hands-on experience with technologies like Kafka would be considered a plus.
-You have in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Wealth Management
industry, understanding of domain-driven design in the banking development world.
-You have worked for a WealthTech with multi-languages, multi-brands,
and multi-currency applications on various infrastructure configurations would be
considered a plus.
-You are fluent in English. Any additional language would be considered as a plus.

Employment Structure

-Onsite in Dhanmondi, Dhaka | Full-time
-Salary: BDT 200,000 - 300,000

-Work Week: Sunday - Thursday, 8-12 hours
