Key Responsibilities

-Providing technical leadership at the enterprise level and serving an integral role in technical operations, project Management and product development as well.

-Developing objectives and strategies for the implementation of innovative solutions while optimizing existing systems, applications, and information.

-Making recommendations and presenting business advantages for technology initiatives and improvements.

-Leading your team in identifying, comparing, selecting, and implementing technology solutions and partnerships to meet current and future needs.

-Tracking and controlling the development of annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing and technology operations.

-Designing and leading the implementation of our strategy for technology while ensuring the implementation and enforcement of technology standards across the organization.

-Advocating and communicating technology capabilities internally and externally, including leadership, Utilities Board, customers, partners, and vendors.

-Sharing information and developing a collective understanding of programs and issues.

-Discover and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage.

-Build quality assurance and data protection processes.

-Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.

-Use stakeholders' feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.

Skills & Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field; Master's degree in information technology or a technology-related discipline preferred.

-9-12 years of relevant experience. Must have 5 years of experience in a senior leadership position.

-Strong knowledge and understanding of Python, Django, ReactJS, and AWS. 

-Understanding of .NET, C#, SQL Server, MongoDB, Solr, jQuery, Angular,  IIS, GitHub, Grunt/Gulp, NodeJS, and Java/C is preferable. 

-Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

-Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with peers, brand leaders, and other senior management throughout the company.

-Able to be a big picture and thinker.

-Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills; encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead.

-Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

-Able to align multiple strategies and ideas.

-Confident in producing and presenting work.

-In-depth understanding of the industry.

Employment Structure

Onsite in Gulshan 1, Dhaka | Full-time

Salary: BDT 150,000 - 180,000

Benefits: 2 Festival bonuses + monthly lunch allowance + breakfast & evening snacks, annual salary review

Work Week: Sunday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
