Key Responsibilities

Our client is seeking a skilled Containerization Architect with a strong focus on cloud to join our clients global team based out of the USA. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless deployment, monitoring, and management of applications and services .

• Experience in architecting the Kubernetes ecosystem, including competing technologies (deployment, configuration, scaling, and management of containerized applications).
• Knowledge of DevOps concepts, tools, and best practices, and application development concepts.
• Certification in container orchestration systems (i.e., Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD), Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Application Development) would be considered a plus.
• Working experience with applications Stack stateful set, Init-Containers, and side car containers, etc.
• Ability to create Kubernetes operators for custom requirements.
• Responsible for defining and implementing our containerization technology strategies.
• Comfortable creating and/or analyzing architecture diagrams, data models, systems design, and business processes; must be able to document DevOps processes, procedures, and environments to ensure continuity.
• Create and nurture highly available systems on Kubernetes.
• Maintenance of Docker/Container Clusters.
• Collaborate with software architects on how to best design their cloud applications for optimal scaling, including content caching, compute optimizations, continuous integration and delivery pipelines, load balancer setup, and more.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 14 years of experience as a containerization architect.
• Proven experience in architecting the Kubernetes ecosystem.
• Experience in designing and implementing container-based applications on an AWS cloud platform with Docker and Kubernetes.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud-based Kubernetes containers (EKS and AKS) and on-premise Kubernetes containers.
• Strong understanding of deployment, configuration, scaling, and management of containerized applications.
• Experience with configuration management tools (Chef, Ansible, or Terraform), competing enterprise automation technologies, and cloud service providers.
• Excellent communication skills for user and leadership interactions and team collaboration.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer or Information Sciences or a similar field is preferred.

Employment Structure

Remote in Bangladesh | Full-time & Contractual (minimum 2 years)
Salary: US$ 3,000 - 4000+ (budget flexibility for highly deserving candidates)
Work Week: Monday - Friday, 8 hours in US Eastern time zone
