About the role

We are looking for a Patient Accounts Executive with exceptional accounting abilities. We are a veterinary hospital, so our ethos is comparable to that of any other medical facility. Therefore, the optimal candidate must also possess interpersonal and administrative skills with a passion and empathy towards animal welfare. The candidate must be a self-assured, professional individual with exceptional communication skills to ensure a seamless daily operation. The prospective employee must be able to work under extreme duress and handle any emergency with professionalism.

To be successful in this position, you need to collaborate effectively with clients to serve tailored health service solutions for pets. Preferred candidates are organized, well-informed, empathetic, and highly emotionally intelligent.


Key Responsibilities


-Ensuring proper functioning of the front office operation.

-Greeting customers and helping them with the registration process.

-Scheduling appointments, consultations, and follow-ups.

-Maintaining and updating patient records.

-Billing customers based on the services they received.

-A thorough working knowledge of banking procedures, POS, accounting, and patient billing.

-Collecting pathology reports, and X-ray reports, getting them checked by the attending doctor, and sending them to the customers

-Keeping and updating databases of products (medical supplies).

-Maintaining and updating account databases.

-Taking accurate notes as a record for other staff to use.

-Ensuring the tidiness of the clinic premises.

-Educating attendants or owners of pets about their pet wellness.

-Maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times.

-Keeping doctors, patients, and other staff members' information confidential.


Skills & Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Accounting and Marketing background is preferred).

-Fresher/1 year of work experience in a medical facility of any kind or customer care service will get the preference.

-High numeracy skills.

-Must have basic knowledge of animal care.

-Ability to work in an adverse environment, exposed to unpleasant sights, odors, and animal bites.

-Excellent customer service skills and always acts professionally.

-Excellent organizational skills.

-Ability to multitask and keep up in a fast-paced environment.

Employment Structure


Onsite in Baridhara | Full-time

Salary: BDT 18,000 - BDT 22,000

Benefits: 2 Festival bonuses + co-contribution provident fund on basic salary (5%) + Gratuity + monthly attendance & performance bonus.

Work Week: Friday - Wednesday | Shifts: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
