Company Description
Our client is a leading Norwegian-headquartered software company specializing in managing and maintaining safety data sheets (SDS) across a wide range of industries. Their extensive database contains over 14 million safety data sheets, requiring regular updates from various manufacturers. They utilize advanced technologies and innovative solutions to ensure the accuracy and currency of this critical information.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging and brand-aligned visual content for LinkedIn, including social posts, carousels, event graphics, and ad creatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content that drives engagement and brand awareness on LinkedIn.
- Support the product team with UI design tasks like screens, UI components, icons, and visual assets.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and sales) to conceptualize and execute creative solutions.
- Ensure consistency in visual branding across platforms and materials, while adapting for local audiences when needed.
- Develop visuals for websites, presentations, email campaigns, and other digital/print assets.
- Prepare final artwork for production or publishing, ensuring high-quality and brand-aligned output.
- Stay updated with design trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging tools to continuously improve design output.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with exposure to social media and digital platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva and other UI tools.
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of work across social media, UI, and brand design.
- Working knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into visual content that resonates.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and time zones.
- Prior experience designing content specifically for LinkedIn or B2B audiences is preferred.
- Motion graphics or basic video editing skills are preferred.
- Experience in a cross-cultural or multinational team environment.
Employment Structure
Hybrid in Dhaka | Full-time
Salary: BDT 40,000 - 55,000
Benefits: 2 Annual Bonuses after permanent (probation is 3-6 months)
Work Week: Monday - Friday, 10 am to 6 pm BST
