Senior Full Stack Engineer

Company Description

A global organization focusing on IT consulting, digital platforms, custom software, application and system integration, and managed services.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, design, and develop full-stack applications.
• Liaise between the incident management team, project manager, and technical lead engineer of the development teams.
  
• Resolve highly complex issues and technical challenges and provide technical decisions and support to the team to ensure that everyone executes to the best of their abilities.
• Focus on the overall reduction of incidents as well as new implementations, technical alignments, process improvements, and clarifications to improve the overall delivery to our clients and within our product offering, i.e., a full-stack approach (frontend, backend, databases, and security).
• Engage in best practice development initiatives and provide thoughtful input and output to implement solutions that support additive strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, NestJS, and PostgresSQL.
  
• Experience with other relevant technologies, like Docker, CI/CD tools, and cloud platforms (AWS), is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for building high-quality, robust software.

Employment Structure

• Onsite in Dhanmondi, Dhaka | Full-time
• Salary: BDT 200,000 - 400,000
• Benefits: Festival bonuses + Health insurance + Breakfast and lunch at the office + Monthly team events
• Work Week: Sunday to Thursday, 8 hours per day (flexible hours)
