Key Responsibilities
- Meeting monthly revenue target.
- Generate revenue from existing and new clients.
- Sell all relevant Praava products to the corporate channel.
- Manage and retain high revenue-generating corporates like leading MNCs and large local conglomerates across all industries.
- Develop and maintain the sales funnel process from lead generation to conversion and closing.
- Record keeping: contracts, MOUs, and all relevant client comms, and updating the sales funnel in our CRM tool.
- Work to maximize revenue per account applying the best strategies.
- Looking after smooth corporate client onboarding and after-sales ensuring customer happiness.
- Manage and improve corporate customer feedback, and deliver the feedback to other relevant teams eg service delivery, so they can improve their performance accordingly.
- Develop existing and establish new partnerships with corporate clients and others.
- Provide regular (weekly or monthly) performance reports & direct the team to maintain the Corporate Dashboard and other vital reports for the team.
- Work with other marketing team members in product development & planning, relevant to the corporate channel e.g. corporate wellness products, or new products we can sell well.
- Help develop relevant new products and launch them in the market.
- Establish smooth processes for promotions, campaigns, and sales with other areas of the business (MS, OPs, IT) and within the marketing team.
- Build internal processes: reporting, documentation, marketing and branding the corporate channel, campaign planning, sales funnel planning and execution, revenue forecasting.
- Manage & monitor team members to achieve weekly/Monthly targets.
- Manage the team budget.
- Make recommendations for new innovative products.
- Be absolutely updated with industry dynamics and other relevant information and provide frequent feedback for business improvements on a regular basis.
- Take ownership with utmost responsibility to finish the jobs assigned to.
Sills & Qualifications
- 9-12 years of professional experience.
- BBA/MBA from any reputed university, major in marketing is preferred.
- Advanced English proficiency.

- Understanding of performance marketing (search, display, and social).
- Powerful communicator-takes the complex and makes it simple to understand in emails, marketing materials, presentations, templates, etc.

Employment Structure
- Onsite in Banani, Dhaka | Full-time
- Salary: BDT 70,000 - 80,000
