About the Role

Investment Associate with a degree or solid experience in accounting and financial analysis. A business degree with a strong academic track record, especially in accounting and finance as well as fluent English skills are key. 

Key Responsibilities

• Deal evaluation and due diligence.
• Market and industry research as well as company / business model analysis.
• Financial modeling and valuation.
• Deal execution (Investment memos, deal structuring, legal review).
• Performance monitoring and support of portfolio companies.
• Administrative and reporting duties.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong English fluency is required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience is required.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Convincing communication skills, concise oral and written presentation style.
• Strong research and financial modeling skills coupled with analytical excellence.
• Efficient project management skills in a multi-task environment.
• Reliable and diligent team player.
• High degree of computer literacy, advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

Employment Structure

Remote in Dhaka | Contractual and full-time
Salary: BDT 120,000-150,000 
Benefits: Annual performance-based salary increment + 2 Festival Bonuses
Work Week: Sunday-Thursday (10 AM - 7 PM) (flexibility available)
