About the job Director of Partnership Development & Resource Mobilization

Company Description

Since its inception in 2012, our client has successfully established a leadership development model where thousands of graduates and young professionals compete for the privilege of teaching full-time in the country's most underserved schools - a previously unthinkable phenomenon. To date, they have raised close to $8 million from diverse funders to support their mission, including nearly half of the $1.7 million budget for the fiscal year 2022. They are poised to scale their program to additional regions while deepening the impact on existing ones. Having successfully navigated the pandemic-related school closures, our client is also uniquely positioned to drive impact and catalyze collective leadership in education during the nationwide return to school.
