About the Role

Reporting to the Founder/CEO, you will own our client's growth engine from Bangladesh. You will manage outbound outreach (cold email and LinkedIn), run paid media campaigns on Google and LinkedIn, and build high-converting landing pages and lead magnets. You will also turn customer wins into compelling case studies and reviews. The goal is to generate qualified meetings with international decision-makers executed entirely from Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and build targeted account lists.
  • Launch and optimize multi-touch cold email campaigns (handling deliverability and warm-up).
  • Conduct targeted LinkedIn outreach: send connect requests, personalized messages, and content, with follow-up sequences.
  • Create 1:1 or 1:few account-based marketing pages with customized proof points and meeting call-to-actions.
  • Support sales with SDR scripts and objection-handling guides for booked call blocks.
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns: develop keyword strategies (exact/phrase match), set budgets, and implement conversion tracking.
  • Manage LinkedIn Ads: use Matched Audiences, Lead Gen Forms, Document Ads, and track site conversions.
  • Set up retargeting across Google and LinkedIn; build custom audiences from website events and content engagement.
  • Maintain Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to ensure full attribution into our CRM.
  • Produce marketing content: case studies, one-pagers, guides (e.g., on GDPR/offshoring), and an ROI/TCO calculator.
  • Manage our Clutch, G2, and GoodFirms profiles; solicit client reviews and highlight positive testimonials.
  • Plan and host monthly webinars or roundtables with clients and partners, handling promotion and attendee follow-ups.
  • Oversee website messaging and landing pages; optimize forms and instant calendar-booking features.
  • Implement live chat support during Bangladesh working hours, with templated response playbooks.
  • Run conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments on headlines, proof points, CTAs, and pricing cues to improve visitor-to-lead conversion.
  • Build and update growth dashboards (meetings booked/held, pipeline metrics, CAC, payback period, ROAS).
  • Ensure CRM hygiene: keep deal stages updated, manage tasks, deduplicate contacts, and enforce next-step follow-ups.
  • Lead weekly growth meetings to review results, share insights, discuss experiments, and plan next tests/budgets.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing (for services or SaaS).
  • Strong expertise in cold email and LinkedIn outreach (list building, copywriting, and sequencing).
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads (strategy, creative development, budgeting, and attribution).
  • Familiarity with analytics and automation tools: GA4, GTM, HubSpot/Pipedrive CRM, and marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Customer.io).
  • Skilled with prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo) and email deliverability tools (e.g., Warmbox, Mailreach).
  • Excellent written English; ability to turn customer success stories into compelling marketing assets.
  • Comfortable adjusting work hours to overlap with international clients when needed (role is based in Bangladesh).
  • Experience in marketing for outsourcing, offshore staffing, or BPO/recruitment services are preferred.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and compliance messaging in marketing communications are preferred.
  • Basic design skills (Figma, Canva) for creating simple ads and one-pagers are preferred.

    

Employment Structure

  • Remote in Bangladesh | Full-time
  • Salary: BDT 80,000- 100,000
  • Benefits: 2 Eid Festive bonus + All Bangladesh calendar Public holidays + Casual and annual paid leave upon completion of probation period 
  • Work Week: Monday - Friday, aligned to Bangladesh business hours with occasional overlap for international meetings when needed.
