About the Role
We are seeking an AI MarTech Engineer to help transform marketing operations through intelligent automation, AI-powered solutions, and rapid product development. This role focuses on identifying workflow inefficiencies, uncovering high-impact automation opportunities, and building scalable systems that improve marketing performance and operational efficiency. You will work closely with marketing stakeholders to understand processes, translate business challenges into technical solutions, and drive measurable outcomes through innovative engineering.
You will be responsible for designing, building, deploying, and maintaining AI-driven workflows and automation systems on a fast execution cadence. Leveraging tools such as Python, Claude Code, modern LLM APIs, and MarTech platforms, you will own projects from discovery through production deployment, continuously monitoring and optimizing performance. The role requires strong technical expertise, an independent builder mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, product, and engineering teams while operating in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sit inside marketing meetings and shadow stakeholders to deeply understand current workflows, tools, and bottlenecks
- Independently identify high-leverage AI-enhancement opportunities and propose build-outs
- Maintain a continually refreshed pipeline of build-out ideas tied to measurable marketing outcomes
- Scope, design, build, deploy, and ship 3–5 day workflow automations on a weekly cadence
- Own each build from idea through production deployment, including monitoring and iteration
- Use Claude Code, Python, and modern LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI) as your primary toolkit
- Build and integrate with MarTech systems, including CRMs, orchestration tools, and ad platforms
- Collaborate with the broader Product Innovation Engineering team while operating with independence
Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in an engineering role
- Engineering background (computer science, software engineering, or related) with the ability to read, write, and ship production code across multiple languages
- Strong Python skills
- Advanced, demonstrable hands-on experience with Claude Code, including deep familiarity with MCP and the CLI
- Track record of using Claude Code to rapidly build and deploy production products
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, including Anthropic and OpenAI
- Solid REST API integration experience
- Working knowledge of relational databases, especially Postgres
- Comfortable with Git and GitHub
- Marketing literacy: exposure to or experience with marketing systems and how marketing teams operate
- Independent builder mindset: identifies opportunities, scopes them, and ships without needing constant direction
- Direct marketing experience or work on marketing engineering teams is preferred.
- Nice to have experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Make.com, Zapier, or n8n
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot
- Experience setting up AI agents (multi-step, tool-using, autonomous)
- Programmatic experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads platforms
- Experience with Vercel and Redis
- Public portfolio: active GitHub, deployed projects, or open-source contributions
- Experience with Manus or second-brain setups, especially Obsidian
Employment Structure
- Hybrid in Dhaka, Bangladesh | Full-time
- Salary: BDT 80,000 - 120,000
