About the job Sales & Marketing Manager — Admissions
Company Description
Our client is a well-established English-medium educational institution with over 50 years of excellence in education. Offering internationally recognized curriculam, the institution is committed to academic excellence, holistic student development, and providing a high-quality learning environment that prepares students for future success.
About the Role
The Sales & Marketing Manager — Admissions is responsible for driving student enrollment growth by owning both ends of the admissions funnel: generating and nurturing demand through digital and offline marketing and converting that demand through the admissions contact center.
The role owns enrollment targets, lead generation performance, brand presence, and the overall efficiency of the sales and marketing process, ensuring consistent, high-quality engagement with prospective parents and students from first impression through to enrollment.
Please note that, in accordance with our client's hiring requirements, this position is open to female candidates only.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Enrollment Management
- Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual student enrollment targets for the school.
- Lead, manage, and develop the admissions contact centre team, including the Call Centre Manager and Junior Academic Counsellors.
- Oversee the full lead lifecycle — lead intake, qualification, demonstration, appointment booking, assessment, and enrollment confirmation — ensuring SOP adherence at every stage.
- Review and act on daily, weekly, and monthly admissions reports, including lead funnel metrics, call performance (AHT, conversion rate), and appointment-to-enrollment ratios.
- Drive process improvements across the calling workflow, CRM/iHelp usage, and lead distribution to maximize conversion. Conduct regular call quality audits and recording reviews; coach team members on objection handling, demonstration delivery, and appointment-closing technique.
- Manage staff rosters, shift planning, and coverage to ensure consistent contact centre availability across both shifts.
- Handle escalations related to parent complaints, difficult admissions cases, or process exceptions.
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across Facebook/Instagram (Meta Ads Manager),
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and other relevant platforms to generate qualified admissions leads.
- Set up campaign structures, audience targeting, budgets, and bidding strategy aligned to enrollment goals and seasonality (admission cycles, exam periods).
- Write and test ad creatives and copy in coordination with the design/content resource; run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Monitor daily ad performance — CPL, CTR, CPM, conversion rate — and optimize spend allocation across campaigns and platforms in real time.
- Own the monthly digital marketing budget and report ROI/CPL against enrollment outcomes, not just lead volume. Manage landing pages, lead capture forms, and tracking/pixel setup in coordination with IT or external vendors; ensure clean lead handoff into the CRM/iHelp system.
- Run retargeting and nurture campaigns for warm leads who have not yet booked an appointment or enrolled.
- Manage the school's social media presence and content calendar (organic + paid) to build brand awareness and parent trust.
Campaign & Event Planning
- Plan and execute integrated admissions marketing campaigns (digital + offline) around key intake periods, tying creative themes, offers, and messaging to enrollment targets.
- Build campaign calendars covering flighting, budget phasing, creative rollout, and reporting checkpoints.
- Plan and run school open houses, campus tours, admissions fairs, and community outreach events; manage logistics, invitations, and follow-up lead capture.
- Identify and execute partnership and referral marketing opportunities (corporate tie-ups, community organizations, feeder schools/preschools, alumni referral programs).
- Coordinate with external vendors — media buying agencies, printers, event vendors, photographers/videographers — to deliver campaign assets on time and on budget.
- Develop and manage offline marketing collateral (brochures, signage, print ads) in coordination with campaign themes.
Strategy, Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders — Principal, Academic Director, Admissions Head — through regular reporting and updates.
- Monitor competitor positioning, ad activity, and market trends in the international school's segment to inform sales and marketing strategy.
- Ensure accurate and timely data management across the lead tracker, CRM, ad platforms, and reporting tools.
- Present a consolidated monthly sales & marketing performance report covering funnel metrics, campaign ROI, and enrollment progress against target.
Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in sales management, digital marketing, contact centre operations, or admissions/enrollment management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is required, with a track record of managing real ad budgets against lead-generation or sales targets.
- Prior experience in the education sector, B2C sales, or BPO/call centre management is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales/enrollment targets and lead-generation goals.
- Experience managing and coaching a team of 10 or more frontline staff.
- Working knowledge of CRM/dialer systems (e.g. iHelp or similar), ad platform dashboards, and reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Meta/Google Analytics).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coach and motivate a frontline sales team.
- Practical, up-to-date knowledge of digital ad platforms — campaign setup, audience targeting, budget optimization, and performance analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bengali, including ad copywriting.
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with funnel metrics, conversion rates, CPL/ROI, and performance data.
- Creative and campaign-planning mindset, able to translate enrollment goals into compelling marketing initiatives.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to represent the school's brand and values professionally.
- Proven problem-solving ability and comfort operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High attention to detail in reporting, data accuracy, budget tracking, and process compliance.
