Their comprehensive range of services includes Applied Behaviour Analysis-Verbal Behaviour (ABA-VB), Speech and Language Therapy (SLT), Occupational Therapy (OT), Social Skill Programmes, Mental Health Interventions, and Counselling.

About the Role

This position includes assisting in assessments, implementing individualized therapy programs,
and contributing to goal planning and progress reporting. The role emphasizes client-centered care, ongoing
professional development, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring consistent progress in client's
skills. The Occupational Therapist works under senior therapists' guidance to maintain high service delivery
standards and support the overall success of therapy outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions based on client-specific goals.
  • Utilize evidence-based approaches to address based on client's needs.
  • Adapt therapy techniques to suit the individual needs and progress of each client.
  • Collaborate with lead therapists and Occupational therapy supervisor to conduct initial and ongoing
    assessments.
  • Gather client history, observations, and relevant data to support diagnostic procedures.
  • Assist in analyzing assessment results to identify therapy needs and recommend interventions.
  • Work alongside lead and occupational therapy supervisors to develop SMART, individualised client goals.
  • Ensure therapy plans are aligned with the client's developmental needs and family priorities.
  • Monitor and adjust goals based on progress and client and family feedback.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and outcomes.
  • Prepare quarterly progressreports detailing client achievements and areasfor improvement.
  • Communicate progress and concerns with client's families and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute insights on client progress.
  • Provide guidance and resources to families for home practice and support.
  • Stay updated with current trends and advancements in occupational therapy.
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain compliance with supervision requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and stakeholders.
  • Promptly report incidents or concerns according to organizational protocols.
  • Must adhere to the organizational reporting structure and maintain communication through the proper chain
    of command.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience as an Occupational Therapist (Freshers are also encouraged to apply).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or similar.
  • Demonstrate punctuality and consistent attendance for all scheduled sessions.
  • Must follow all the safeguarding, code of conduct,  organization's policies, health and safety procedures.

Employment Structure

  • Onsite in Gulshan, Bangladesh | Full-time 
  • Salary: BDT 50,000-70,000
  • Benefits: 2 Festival bonuses + Yearly inflation adjustment + Group insurance benefit + 2 weekly holidays + Provident fund + Gratuity + Performance bonus (depends on the performance of the business against KPIs) + Mobile bill +  Annual leave, Casual leave, sick leave 
  • Work Week: Sunday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM | (Sunday- Thursday or Saturday- Wednesday)
