About the Role

The Litigator will manage a diverse civil litigation caseload spanning commercial disputes, real estate litigation, contract matters, tort claims, and related business conflicts. This role offers substantial courtroom exposure, client contact, and responsibility for managing cases independently.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all phases of civil litigation from pleadings through trial preparation
  • Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances
  • Draft motions, briefs, and discovery responses
  • Manage case strategy, deadlines, and compliance
  • Negotiate settlements and advise clients on risk and exposure
  • Collaborate with partners, paralegals, and litigation support teams

Qualifications

  • Active Arizona Bar membership in good standing
  • Minimum 5 years of civil litigation experience
  • Strong writing and motion practice skills
  • Federal court or appellate clerkship preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple active cases independently
  • Strong client communication skills
