Spot Welder

About the Role:
The Spot Welder is responsible for performing resistance spot welding operations to assemble metal components in a production environment. This role focuses on accuracy, consistency, and meeting quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform spot welding operations on metal parts and assemblies
• Set up and adjust welding equipment for production runs
• Inspect welded components for quality and defects
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Maintain equipment and ensure safe operation
• Meet production quotas and quality standards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in spot welding or manufacturing
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of welding safety and procedures
• Strong attention to detail

Desired Qualifications:

• Welding certification
• Experience in automotive or metal fabrication
• Familiarity with quality inspection tools
