FSQA Manager
We are seeking an experienced Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) Manager to lead quality control and food safety programs. In this role, you will oversee compliance with FDA regulations, ISO standards, and HACCP principles while ensuring products meet the highest quality standards. The FSQA Manager will conduct audits, analyze quality data, train employees, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities

Manage food safety and quality assurance programs in compliance with FDA, ISO, and HACCP requirements

Conduct audits, inspections, and quality assessments using precision measurement tools

Analyze data to identify trends and improve quality processes

Lead HACCP implementation and maintain accurate documentation

Train and develop staff on food safety and quality standards

Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or related field

Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and HACCP principles

Experience managing quality control programs in food manufacturing or similar industry

Proficiency with micrometers, coordinate measuring machines, and quality audit processes

Strong leadership, communication, and data analysis skills
Preferred

Experience with Calypso software or similar measurement tools

HACCP certification or other quality-related certifications

Background in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
