About the Role
This B2B Inside Sales role is centered around supporting and growing a national dealer network in the manufacturing and industrial product space. You will engage with existing accounts and nurture new leads, helping to increase dealer sales through product support, quotes, and account development.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of active dealer accounts.
- Respond to new inbound leads via email, phone, and web inquiries.
- Promote the dealer program to both prospective and existing clients.
- Provide quotes, order assistance, and product education.
- Follow up with trade show leads and support dealer onboarding.
- Maintain accurate sales data using CRM tools and spreadsheets.
- Build product knowledge and become a resource for technical questions.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B or inside sales roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms.
- Capable of managing a high volume of dealer relationships.
- Goal-oriented and organized, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Desired Qualifications:
- Industry experience in manufacturing, towing, or industrial equipment.
- Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce solutions.
- Ability to interpret technical product specifications and features.
