EHS Manager
We are seeking an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to oversee workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental programs at a food and beverage manufacturing facility in Brooklyn, NY. This role will develop and implement EHS policies, lead training initiatives, and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations while fostering a culture of safety and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage EHS programs to ensure regulatory compliance and safe operations

• Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and corrective actions

• Oversee environmental compliance including waste management, emissions, and sustainability initiatives

• Lead safety training and emergency response programs for all employees

• Investigate incidents, maintain records, and drive continuous improvement in workplace safety

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field

• 5+ years of EHS management experience in manufacturing, food and beverage, or consumer packaged goods

• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and local environmental regulations

• Proven success in implementing safety programs and conducting compliance audits

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
