About the Role:
The Outside Sales Representative role is an entry-level, field-based sales position focused on generating new business, building in-person client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role is ideal for motivated, competitive individuals who enjoy face-to-face selling, working independently, and earning uncapped commission.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new business through in-person visits, cold calling, and networking
  • Meet with potential clients to present solutions and close sales
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Track sales activity and manage pipeline updates in CRM systems

Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in face-to-face interactions
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory or schedule
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
