About the Role

Rose Law Group is seeking a highly experienced, detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic Litigation team in Scottsdale. This role is ideal for a Certified Paralegal with significant experience supporting attorneys in complex litigation matters in Arizona state and federal courts. Bankruptcy experience is a plus.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple high-level cases in a fast-paced environment. This position requires advanced calendaring, e-filing, trial preparation, and document management expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review incoming and outgoing pleadings, notices, and correspondence to ensure accurate calendaring and compliance with court rules
  • Electronically format, file, and serve documents in Arizona superior courts, federal district courts, appellate courts, and bankruptcy courts
  • Maintain and manage detailed litigation calendars and monitor deadlines
  • Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, hearings, arbitrations, and trial
  • Prepare and organize exhibits, trial notebooks, hearing binders, witness files, summaries, and chronologies
  • Coordinate service of process and notice requirements
  • Conduct legal and factual research using Westlaw and other research tools
  • Assist with e-discovery processes, document review, and production
  • Manage case files using iManage document management software
  • Draft initial pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and correspondence for attorney review
  • Communicate professionally with courts, clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel

Required Qualifications

  • Paralegal Certification required
  • Minimum 10+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm
  • Strong experience supporting trials, arbitrations, and evidentiary hearings
  • Thorough knowledge of Arizona court rules and procedures
  • Advanced proficiency with Arizona and federal e-filing systems
  • Experience with e-discovery platforms and document production
  • Proficiency with iManage, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Westlaw
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bankruptcy litigation experience
  • Experience in complex commercial, real estate, or business litigation
  • Familiarity with courts across Arizona, including outside Maricopa County
